Many students who discontinue study without earning a bachelor’s degree later discover that it is difficult to find a promising career path or advance in an existing career without a bachelor’s degree. Those who are working, have moved away from the college they were studying at or have obligations that make it difficult to return to a traditional classroom setting will find that the bachelor’s degree completion program is the perfect alternative approach to degree completion.
The degree completion program is an alternative for those who didn’t finish college and want to go back to school to earn a bachelor’s degree in the quickest, most affordable way possible.
The bachelor’s degree completion program allows students to complete a degree they have already started by transferring previously-earned college credits to be applied toward a bachelor’s degree. The program allows students to accelerate their degree timeline and earn a bachelor’s degree in a short amount of time. The degree completion program is open to returning Fremont College students who have obtained an associate degree, as well as students who obtained college credits or an associate degree at a community college or other school and want to pursue a bachelor’s degree.
Currently, Fremont College offers the bachelor’s degree completion program through the College of Healthcare and the College of Business. Students can apply their previously-earned college credits toward a bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership. The Business Leadership programs were chosen for the degree completion program because both degree programs prepare students for careers in in-demand fields.
It takes just 15 months to earn a bachelor’s degree in the degree completion program at Fremont College. The accelerated program is designed to provide students with hands-on training and practical knowledge in the shortest time possible so they can begin working in their field without spending years in school.
To be admitted into the degree completion program, you will need a minimum number of college credits. If you’re not sure how many credits you have, we can prepare a transcript evaluation to determine if you’re ready to begin the program. The process is simple and fast, allowing you to earn a bachelor’s degree in a little over one year giving you an edge in today’s competitive workforce.
